Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms from fime to time. Any changes to these terms will take effect immediately and shall be communicated to you.

Tuition

Persons who meet the following criteria:

  1. Aged 17 or over, or aged 16 or over & in receipt of the enhanced rate of motability component of Personal Independence Payment (P.I.P) or in receipt of the high rate of Disability Living Allowance (D.L.A.) mobility component.
  2. Hold a valid UK provisional license.
  3. Legally entitled to drive in the UK.

Lessons

You and instructors will agree to all matters relating to timing, location, and duration of individual lessons. If you do not give 48 hours notice of cancellation, you will be charged for the lessons(s) concerned in full.

Refund Policy

If you are entitled to a refund there will be an administration charge of £25.00 to process the refund. Block booking refunds will be charged at the full hourly rate applicable at time cancellation.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to reach you.

Data Protection

General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 25th May 2018

We will need to hold certain personal information, e.g., name / address / license details. We will only use this to maintain your driving record.
